Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

Can I return or exchange my item?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

What if I received the wrong item or a damaged product?
If you received the wrong product or a defective product upon arrival, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Send the unboxing video for verification. After inspection, we’ll arrange an exchange if eligible.

Can I exchange my item for a different color or style?
No. Exchanges are only available for wrong or defective items, not for preference changes.
